Three internal support panels turned into three installable Android apps for three different teams, built from a single codebase using Android product flavours so each ships with its own package name, app name and colour scheme.
What it involved
Rebuilding the experience to feel like a mobile app rather than a website in a frame: a native navigation drawer, notifications, a theme switcher, and screens laid out for a phone instead of a desktop table.
